The rust on the windshield hinge and the diamond plate on the bottom of the body make me think it has a iron oxide habit.

That, combined with the surface rust visible on the frame through the wheel well and the visible surface rust in the undercarriage shots, has me worried that the rust is more extensive than indicated. My brother briefly owned a TJ that got scrapped after the steering box broke off of the frame and he couldn’t find anyone willing to fix it but couldn’t afford to replace the frame.
Definitely needs a PPI.
